Gilbert (Bert) is amazing. He worked hard to help me piece together a complex campaign. I was unsure of what I wanted in the beginning and he used his experience and expertise to help me fine tune our calling strategies.

No activity for one week since contract started. Sounded like he could do the job but he probably oversold himself. Not a fit so it's better this way.

Gilbert is a natural sale person but could not manage to crack it on our South African campaign on a test run of 25 leads.

Gave leads to call for one day and expected to have sales in the same day for life insurance. As if you were selling consumer goods

I have used outbounders for several years and I can tell you without qualification Bert is the best appointment setter of them all. He is tenacious has a great work ethic and has years of experience to think on his feet when setting appointments. He is a rare talent. He will be the first outbounder I look up when I start another campaign.
