I have been in the BPO industry for 4 years focusing on UK and US clients. I have experience in telecommunications and administrative works. I have shown passion and commitment to my work to which I earned the title of Assistant Supervisor on my previous employment.
I finished Bachelor of Industrial Technology major in Computer Engineering in Batangas State University on 2005.
After a few months I worked at DSI-Manila as Data Analyst. I handled and process mortgage documents from clients across North America.
On 2008, I decided to shift my career and worked as a Customer Service Representative at KGB_Phils with clients from United Kingdom specifically the 118-118 account. My task was to answer all the customers queries via text. I was in a way a researcher as any customer can "Ask us Anything", as the motto of our service promoted.
After seven months, I tried outbound sales and worked as an outbound sales agent for CCSI. I sell different over the counter medicines to our clients in North America. Although this job is fulfilling, I felt that I need to take my career to another level so I decided to work for Sutherland Global Services as a customer service representative. My superiors recognized my excellence so decided to eventually promote me as Subject Matter Expert. Our clients focused on the United Kingdom and I often received recognitions and awards for doing jobs well done.
