My previous job working as a project supervisor and as market researcher provided me with the ideal experience for this position. For six years, I developed many of the skills required for this job, including answering phones and email and managing a large number of people.
I worked at SSI philippines INC. for almost six years. I worked as an agent for four years before i decided to step up and become a project supervisor. SSI is a project based company doing phone interviews.
