I do have over 10 years of experience on the call center & customer service Industry. I had the opportunity to grab experience on Tech Support,upseling, appointment scheduling, billing and lately leadership skills since I have experience as a Team Manager as well! I am looking to give out my services and use my experience to a company who wants to achieve excellence as their goal.
