I'm Karen Kate Seronay, residing in the southern part of the Philippines. I graduated at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. As a graduate of Computer Science, I have acquainted myself with a range of skills that would allow me to blend with the organization’s culture and contribute to the reputable institution.
I worked as a business analyst/implementation, I was responsible for communicating with the clients of the company. I was also responsible for the quality assurance of the systems to be deployed.
I worked as a VA before and part of my responsibility includes writing articles, managing WordPress accounts, video editing, and transcription.
I am currently working as a part-time property consultant at VZStellar and the experiences I’ve gained helped me in shaping my customer support skills.
