Now let me tell you about my self. In terms of my attitude towards work, I am very transparent, communicative and coachable because that is how I learn. My goal always is to keep the stability and consistency of the good results of my hard work because I am always looking for a long term job. I am currently using Dell Laptop with an i5 processor and 8 GB RAM. In terms of availability, I am available to work from Monday to Sunday, open to working full time and part-time.
I have been in BPO for nine years. I work as a customer service representative with AT&T, 1800Flowers, Avasflowers, Edible Arrangements, and Crown Plaza Times Square. Still, most of my campaigns are outbound calling as an appointment setter for Keller Williams, Kijiji Ads and had worked with different brokers and realtors. I also had experience with non-voice accounts as a page moderator which I handled multiple Facebook pages and SMS responders related to real estate.
