I worked as an Outbound Call center Agent where we are selling drugs like Tramadol, Soma, Fioricet, and other drugs for more than 1 year.
The longest work experience that I can share is working in the BPO industry for 5 years and 1 month. I learned a lot of things about being a customer service representative. I became an agent to an escalation representative where I gain variable communication skills where I learned how to address what customers need.
