I have worked in an American based call center company for more than 4 years which helped me develop my active listening skill, communication skill and excellent work ethic skill. I believe that the skills I possess are very important in this field of industry as this industry deals with people over the phone just like in my previous job. With my experience, it will not be hard for me to adjust and learn things.
