Thanks Steve for giving me the opportunity working with you again for the 3rd. time. I knew that you are quite strict and particular on the attendance of your Agent, but due to some electrical and computer problem these days, it really affect my performance and not working on-time too. But I respect your decision Steve, and thanks once again! More power to your Company! =)

Client just ended my contract without any further notification for me via Skype. She's sounded with a sweet & friendly voice, yet quite unprofessional ending contracts on her agent,without even knowing the reason behind. She's just wasting my time for the role playing and group meeting which was unpaid. It's my first time to met a client with this kind of behavior. But, I still wish her luck on her on-going projects.

I believed the Manager in-charge for this project was not really ready to start the Campaign (I don't want to mention his name for his privacy and somehow showing respect at the same time). He's not organized and he don't know his priorities when it comes to work. Every week the FUND was always DEPLETED,and he's always giving us many excuses. Our time were totally wasted, because every other day, the campaign was freezing due to Fund and Dialer issues. I hope if they will plan to have another Campaign again on this site, please make sure that you guys should be well-prepared and provide a good Dialer for your agents, to avoid any inconvenience to the Agents whom you hired on your Campaign. However, thanks for making ways to pay all the hours we spent on this project for a month when your Fund gets depleted.

Steve was very communicative, organized & understanding Client. He gave clear instructions daily before I'll start calling. I'm hoping to work with him again for another project. Thanks Steve for the opportunity!
