I should be chosen over other candidates because I have had experience in a variety of capacities like admin tasks, sales, customer service and technical support. I am very much committed and determined to excel in what I do. I always enjoy learning new things and I am open to corrective feedback as I believe that is how I will learn and do things better.

My background includes serving as a Sales Admin Support, Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales Representative in call centers here in the Philippines. Most recently, I worked as a Sales Admin, where my responsibilities included handling customer issue, processing registrations, and quotes. I also worked as a customer service for Google and for a major telco in Australia which is Optus.

Not super reliable. Didn't communicate her needs. Didn't communicate when she'd be unavailable. You will find out the next day when she provides the excuse. It was simply not a priority for her to let me know. She actually ghosted the job in the end. Over-represented her professionalism during the interview. It wasn't there.

Funny when you said I was unprofessional and ghosted your campaign in the end. I think it is my right to ask for my pay, you opted out from Outbounders and told me you would pay me through Wise instead. I didn't want to leave but, you LET ME GO because I followed up for my pay after almost 3 weeks of working. This is a lesson learned for me not to go out of the platform as when you asked for the pay you'd be let go and they'd leave a comment that you were unprofessional and you ghosted them. Thanks for the opportunity though.

Geri was the best VA we have ever worked with. We ended the campaign she was working on because we are shifting more toward mail and internet marketing. She was on time every single day. Worked hard to find leads, and is very smart so when you are discussing a campaign with her you can tell she understands exactly what you want done and then executes. If we had another possition that we could move her to we definitely would but unfortunately we don't or we wouldn't have stopped working with her.

Robbie is the nicest Boss I've had. He gave me the opportunity to work for him, even when he knew I didn't have experience in Real Estate. He trained me and was very open whenever I had questions or clarifications on the campaign. He even increased my rate after 2 weeks of working for him, he thought it was fair to have same rate as the US outbounders he hired. I'm very thankful for all the opportunity and trust you've given me. I hope for continued and more success in your company!

Geracel is one of the bet employees I have hired through Outbounders. Highly recommend her. I own an immigration law firm and she help me quite substantially with completing the tasks I assigned her. Will hire her again for sure.
