Since graduating, I've accumulated 7 years of experience as an Electrician. Clients always love me and I consistently deliver a quality end result.
I perfected the art of client satisfaction and maintain confidence in times of crisis, and tact when dealing with customers & clients.

Arno did an amazing job making thousands of calls in the IT industry and learned our complicated IT terminology very quickly and went above and beyond expectations. I am giving him a well deserved bonus. I plan to hire Arno again when we have another campaign coming up.
