"I've been working in a call center BPO company for 7 years. I’m excited to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge me to use all of my skills to solve problems and improve the customer experience. I love flexing my communication skills and interacting with customers.
I have experience both inbound and outbound calling. I have been a customer service for 1 year with health insurance for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Then another 5 years inbound calling customer service with AT&T. I have also experience with technical writing with Boston Scientific. For outbound calling I have experience here in outbounders for telemarketing, sales, and appointment setters with Real Estate, POS Loans, Pet Food Bank, Merchant Photo Service and Health Insurance.

Ann is a highly motivated and an exceptional caller. She was always on time and sent in leads consistently.
Unfortunately our company has gone in another direction for marketing and have decided to end this campaign. I would highly recommend hiring her and If we decide to start another calling campaign , she would be the first Id hire. She comes highly recommended!
