I have experience both inbound and outbound calling. I have been a customer service for 1 year with health insurance for Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Then another 5 years inbound calling customer service with AT&T. I have also experience with technical writing with Boston Scientific. For outbound calling I have experience here in outbounders for telemarketing, sales, and appointment setters with Real Estate, POS Loans, Pet Food Bank, Merchant Photo Service and Health Insurance.
