We are a rapidly growing business development service that helps businesses expand their reach and increase their revenue. We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team and help us build relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads to set up appointments for our sales team
Follow up on leads provided by our business development team via phone and email
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all communication with leads and clients in our CRM system
Achieve and exceed daily and weekly appointment setting targets
Stay up-to-date on our services, industry trends, and best practices in sales and appointment setting
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone presence and ability to communicate effectively with potential clients
Familiarity with CRM software and appointment scheduling tools
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
