TOP Buyers lead managers will be required to reach out to prospective sellers via phone call, text and email who have entered our CRM. The lead manager will need to qualify the property and preform comps on said property to give our acquisitions team the information they need to make a final offer on purchasing the property. You will need to be articulate in both English and Spanish, punctual and on-task from 9am to 5pm ET, and be dedicate to setting an appointments with as many leads as possible.
This job IS NOT EASY and will require you to work hard to get the expected results, but at TOP Buyers we take care of our employees well and your hard work will result in high pay with our commission based salary.
Pay: High commission with 2-month stipend
Requirements for position:

• Working laptop or desktop and smartphone
• Stable and fast internet connection
• Quiet workspace or noise canceling headset
• A people-person who is good with communicating
• Good at keeping relationships and building rapport
• Expected to have an open line of communication
