Real Estate Cold Caller

I'm looking for a Real Estate Cold Caller ASAP to find motivated sellers and generate leads. I'm seeking someone to call for 4 hours per day Mon-Fri. The calls are low volume, I'm currently doing this myself and would like someone who can handle the cold calling aspect. I also would like someone familiar with REIreply, Propstream, and Skype. This opportunity is for someone who is a self-motivator and doesn't need much supervision. I'm seeking someone with good spoken English who can carry a conversation to make the most of each lead since I operate at a low volume. I will be scaling my business as time progresses so your duties may involve taking care of the back-end of the business and managing everything that comes along with day-to-day operations.
