Call cold/warm/hot leads
Consistently follow-up on leads

Understand the market and run property comparisons and develop a win-win offer to prospect

MUST HAVES:

Negotiation Mastery
Good Understanding of Human Psychology
A good understanding of sales procedures and general best practices
Excellent Schedule Management Skills
Good communicator (prospects and with management)
