This client has gone MIA and did not pay for commissions.

Communicating with the client and has scheduled start date to work 3x but did not happen. Dale ended the contract without my knowledge, hope I was at least informed. His last email was for me is to wait for better leads. He's a good guy to talk to in Skype as I learned a few tips from him but I am not sure what went wrong.
