I have been a Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative as well.Working in a BPO Industry taught me to be patient, valuing members time and providing a complete and correct resolution. I can work with minimal supervision and flexible.

Im 32 years old and a graduate of Business Administration major in Economics.I have been in the BPO Industry since I graduated college, so roughly 11 years now.I am an individual with the goal of delivering high quality service, 100% accuracy and Client Satisfaction. I am optimistic, flexible, hard working, willing to learn new task and quick to grasp new ideas and concepts.

TRULY EXCELLENT to work with. Always on time ... always efficient. The only reason we ended contract was because of the Government ending the program we were campaigning. Will DEFINITELY hire again. She is a great asset to any organization!

Never actually worked. Was one reason after another and lack of communication. Perhaps the schedule she committed to wasn't really compatible with her personal schedule .Has a lot of potential. Best of luck!

I've waited patiently for his campaign to start for almost 2 weeks with no complaints. I was off the phone for reasons that is beyond my control and he immediately ended the contract without contacting me.

Sheila was great whilst we was working with me. However she disappeared on me two wees ago:( I hope she is ok..... but have not had any communication.

Can not rate her high enough, very fast learner and proactive any problems she lets me know immediately!! Agreat leader too....

Absolute please to work with. The only reason she no longer works for me is ive finished that business.

Initially hired her, but when project started, claimed due power and internet outrage and unable to start.

Tried finding her on Skype, did not respond.

Benefit of doubt, told her words for it.

Have to end contract as till date, no call made.

Hire or not, up to you.
