I am going to end this campaign not any fault of the caller. It needs to be something more productive. Agent is a good caller. Easy to train. Very nice.

Katrina is a fast learner. She was able to train at record speed. Unfortunately she had to take some time off to take care of her family, which is completely understandable.

Katrina was great. Hard working and persistent. She didn't give up when someone said not interested. I had no issues at all. Was on time everyday and her internet and call quality was great. Would definitely use her again when we need to do another call campaign.

Michelle is a very nice client. She talks to us like a friend. Shes so approachable and very supportive to her agents. She'd usually give us her feed backs at the end of the day and coaches us on how to improve more on our calls. Id definitely be working with her again in the future.:)
