I am an experienced appointment setter and lead generator and customer service representative. I take direction well and can complete a heavy workload and projects under minimal supervision.
I am 25 yrs old with two kids. I have experienced working onsite as a Sales Expert which handles sales for different stores and carriers in the US. I also worked as a subject matter expert about 5 yrs which I handled Customer Service, Technical Support, Telemarketing, Back Office Process and e-mail and chat support. I also acted as an assistant team leader and trainer if needed. I have been with online based sales and appointment setting projects outside and within outbounders for 2 years now.

Aiza is good to work with. However, she experienced almost 2 days of technical issues with Outbounders' OBphone. We will consider hiring her again.
