3.5 stars. Although he frequently showed up late to his shift, he did a pretty good job. He had technical issues that would sometimes cause him to miss 30 minutes - 1 hour blocks of calling time. Eventually his computer/headset all of sudden stopped being able to work anymore with our dialer, so we could not continue the campaign. I would consider hiring again in future.
