I have worked with real estate investors in Memphis California Washington las vegas texas and Alabama I started off doing cold calling reaching out to people who would consider an offer on their property then moved up to acquisitions building rapport negotiating price all the way up to closing. I also help investors build there team from scratch starting off with cold callers transaction coordinator acquisitions and dispositions I have managed a team of 10 cold callers
